Various scientific studies have shown how little, or bad, sleep can lower our immune defense system. As a result, we are up to three times more likely to get sick than those who sleep well. When our sleep is restless, we are less focused, have less energy and become lazy and

irritable. We work more, but produce less, and such consequences influence all aspects of our lives. We must make sure our mind and body rest properly in order to work and feel better, but also to gain more vitality.
