The difference
between sleeping and resting

Sleep alone is neither enough to ensure effective rest nor the natural way in which our body regenerates itself. Sleep must reduce our vital functions and activities: the blood pressure must drop and the heartbeat must slow down, and so forth for the hepatic, thyroidal and pancreatic functions.

When we rest and sleep well, we feel regenerated in the morning. However, such result is only achievable with the right tools, especially with a bed and mattress conceived for our natural posture and according to our health, weight, gender and age status.
